Pure Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is the result of traditional Burgundy vinification due to aging on fine lees and regular bâtonnage. 6 months aging in French oak barrels and 3 months completion in the bottle result in a floral-fruity bouquet and a light golden yellow colour.  This velvet and spicy wine is extra rich and stable and presents aromas of white currant, citrus fruits and vegetal spiciness. It shows timeless depth, Burgundian charm, a fine acidity and a hint of flint in the aftertaste.

Pure Sangiovese

This wine is a new interpretation of the local grape Sangiovese, it is a marriage between tradition and modernity and shows a delicate note. 6 months of aging in medium oak barrels and 12 months of completion in the bottle result in a fiery ruby colour. The bouquet shows fragrant wild berries and blackberries. The taste is characterised by plum and sour cherry aromas and fine mocha and chocolate nuances. You can feel a fruity acidity, delicate tannins and a fine trace of minerals.

Trecento

Sangiovese & Merlot

This wine is a perfect and modern combination of Sangiovese and Merlot. 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, 12 months of aging in 500l oak barrels, 12 months of aging in a special cement tank and finally 12 month completion in the bottle result in an elegant maturity with warm red fruit aromas and a taste of plum jam and blueberry jam. This full-bodied wine is characterised by fine notes of precious wood, silky tannins and a fine pinch of saltiness. You can feel a fruity acidity, delicate tannins and a fine trace of minerals.

Cabernet Franc & Carmenère

Our top wine combines two innovative grape varieties: Cabernet Franc and Carmenère. 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, 12 months of aging in a 3000l wood barrel, 12 months  of aging in a special cement tank and 12 months of completion in the bottle result in an inviting scent of delicate berries and a rich ruby red colour. This wine presents delicate fruit aromas and fine integrated nuances of precious wood. Piquant spiciness of paprika powder and pepper make this wine unique. The taste is calm and comforting and is accompanied by smooth tannins and a soft fruity acidity.

Pure Merlot

This wine mixes harmony, delicacy and femininity. 12 months of aging in French oak barrels, 12 months of aging in 500l oak barrels, 12 months of aging in a special cement tank and finally 12 months completion in the bottle result in a deep cherry red colour and a fruity bouquet. “Donna” is juicy and full-bodied and is characterised by fruity sweetness, piquant sour cherry notes and a perfect woody spice. A little taste of vanilla and tobacco creates harmony without boredom. This wine shows gentle tannins with aromas of chocolate and coffee and has a tight minerality in the elegant finish.

PDO extra virgin olive oil “Brisighella”

Our olive trees grow on the hills above the little medieval town of Brisighella. The PDO oil “Brisighella” is a high-quality extra virgin olive oil with protected designation of origin and unique properties. It is a cold pressed olive oil with notes of green olives and other vegetables such as artichokes, thistle and other herbs. The taste is fruity, slightly bitter and delicately spicy.

Grappa

Our grappas are distilled at the well-known distillery Nannoni. They are characterised by freshness and spiciness and have no added flavour or chemical additives so that the natural flavour is preserved.

Gin

The Nannoni distillery processes the naturally distilled juniper berries without adding aromas. Our gin has a golden light brown colour and is characterised by its natural taste.
