Average production: 4500 bottles, 360 magnums, 50 double magnums

Composition: 50 % Sangiovese, 50 % Merlot

Vinification: In small steel tanks of 10 hl and french oak tonneaux with manual immersion of the skins. Controlled fermenting temperature. Maceration of the skins for at least 20 days.  Refinement for 18 months in 50 %  new french oak barriques, with periodical bâtonnage of the fine lees. Clearification by decantation and  bottling without sterile filtration,are followed by12 months of maturation in bottles.Very low contents of sulfites.
