Composition: 100% Sauvignon blanc

Vinification: Prefermentative cryomaceration on the skins. Alcoholic fermentation and refinement in barriques under periodical bâtonnage of the fine lees for 8 months. Clearification is done by decantation, followed by bottling after sterile filtration.
